Step 1: DG Customer Loyalty Software

• Customer database is synced with the Deal Genius platform. • Customer data is analyzed by the Deal Genius AI engine on a scheduled basis to ensure up-to-date opprtunities .

Step 2: Showroom Appointments

• Deal Genius portal shows daily / weekly & monthly appointment swith full customer interaction including recorded phone calls . • Qualified customers are sent a pre-approved personal offer before coming to the dealership.

On - Demand Campaigns

• Campaigns are setup monthly and monitored weekly for Incentive updates such as manufacturer incentives, lease specials, etc.
